In April of 2021, an easement was placed on 13 acres of a successful hay farm in Woodstock. The Chattelle family donated the easement on this lovely farm. Their act of generosity will benefit their community and the food system around them for generations to come.
Prospect Farm covers 13 acres on a hilltop in eastern Woodstock. The farm is CFT’s sixty-second protected farm, the fifth farm protected in Windham County, and the second in Woodstock.
