Model Agricultural Easement

The 2020 Model Agricultural Easement was created for farmland owners by a collaborative effort between the Connecticut Land Conservation Council and Connecticut Farmland Trust.

Note: This sample easement was prepared as a model. Each farm preservation project is unique and possible funding partners uphold their own requirements. Each landowner must secure their own tax and legal advice.
