We need you!
There are many ways to help Connecticut Farmland Trust save farmland: volunteer to represent us at your local farmer’s market, invite us to speak at your next event, spread the word about our work every way you can.
Most of all, we need the financial support of our members and friends. Donations help us pay for legal fees, land surveys, conservation easements, stewardship, transaction costs, and more. Please consider making a gift here. By doing so, you help us protect farms and ensure that farmland will be available forever.
If you prefer workplace giving, we welcome that, too. Workplace giving is an easy, safe and cost-efficient way to make tax-deductible donations to Connecticut Farmland Trust. Often times companies will offer to match gifts made by employees either dollar-for-dollar or a percentage like 50%. If you work for Aetna, GE, Pfizer, IBM Corporation, United Technologies, United Health Group, Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pitney Bowes, Lockheed Martin/Sikorsky (and many more), then you can ask your employer about workplace giving.
