Seven cousins in the Noble and Wells families donated an easement on Dutcher Hill Farm, which has been owned by their family for over 100 years. The land was long used to support cattle and horses and is now leased as support land for a local dairy. More than half of the farm includes prime and locally important soils and is within two miles of approximately 400 acres of active farmland.
The farm is privately owned and is not open to the public.
