860-247-0202, x227

Growing up on her family’s protected farm in Cornwall, Connecticut, Rebecca Ridgway (she/her) experienced firsthand how farmland conservation shapes a community. Today, as Stewardship Coordinator, she supports Connecticut Farmland Trust’s mission to care for protected farms and ensure the next generation of families can thrive on the land.

Rebecca earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Hamilton College and a Master’s in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on sustainable agriculture policy.

Beyond her work at Connecticut Farmland Trust, Rebecca enjoys arts and crafts, swimming, hiking, and savoring farm-fresh produce. She also volunteers as an EMT with the Cornwall Volunteer Fire Department, reflecting her commitment to both community and conservation.
